WORKING WITH YOUR INVENTORY
Your listings, handled with care.
Permission comes first
Before publication we record who supplies the listing, their permission to share details and photos, the allowed storage and display, and the expiry and update schedule. A listing on another website is not permission to copy it.
Attribution stays with the car
We preserve the supplier’s reference, seller name, source link, asking price and currency. We do not describe a seller or vehicle as verified or inspected without evidence supporting that specific claim.
Updates and removals
Repeated imports match the source’s listing reference. Imported changes enter review before publication. Sold and removed records are excluded from public search, and listings exceeding their agreed refresh window are hidden. Absence from a partial feed does not automatically mean a car is sold.
Ending a pilot
Contact us to pause or end distribution. We agree how quickly removal must happen and what records must be retained or deleted in the partnership agreement. Renewed publication requires current permission.
Reporting
Carmarked can count listing-detail requests and outbound-link requests by listing and day without storing a visitor identity in those counters. These figures are requests, not unique people or confirmed sales; bots and repeat visits may be included. The preview demonstrates the format with illustrative figures.
Our API
Our API powers Carmarked. Partner material is not offered as a resale data product. Broader distribution, translations or other uses would require separate permission.
