About this service

Carmarked is operated by Dakeus Digital. Contact us at contact@carmarked.com. We are building a website for finding and comparing cars. There are no live cars listed yet; our first inventory partnerships are being arranged. The partner preview contains illustrative cars that are not for sale.

Vehicle information and sellers

Once cars are listed, each listing will name the dealer and show the asking price in the seller’s currency. Before buying, check the car’s availability, specifications, taxes and final price with the dealer. Dakeus Digital is not the seller of the cars listed on Carmarked.

Any purchase agreement is between the buyer and the seller. Carmarked does not take vehicle payments or provide financing, shipping, inspections, warranties or transaction protection.

Your account

Provide an email address you control, keep your password private and let us know if you suspect unauthorised use. Your account is for saving and reviewing cars, not for buying vehicles through Carmarked. You can delete it from the account page. We may restrict accounts used to attack or misuse the service.

Permitted use

You may browse and compare vehicles for your own purposes. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service or republish dealer content without permission. Dealer photographs and listing data remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Availability and your rights

We work to keep information current, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of information supplied by others. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us if you identify an error or a rights concern.
